At ASTA RESORT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your garment isn't quite right, we accept returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided items are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Credit

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 5 business days.
